Platrix - 2 meter long BSN

The treatment, especially of fresh fractures, requires a proven bandage material that is easy to use and can be modelled very well. The Platrix hard plaster bandage meets these requirements in every respect and is also economical to use. Just a few layers are sufficient for a resistant supporting bandage. Platrix is also available as a longette for individual cutting.

Platrix has outstanding application advantages such as excellent modelling properties, minimised dipping losses and an optimum consistency of the dipped bandage. It is bright white, has a longer open time and a high final strength.

• Immersion water temperature: 20 °C to 25 °C

• Open time: approx. 2-5 minutes

• Load capacity: partially loadable after 30 minutes, fully loadable after 48 hours

Platrix consists of a cotton carrier coated with a special natural plaster mixture.
