Protects against corrosion and lubricates hinges. In the use of steam or hot air sterilisation can be sterilised as usual after applying Medispray.

Spray onto the clean and open instruments from a distance of 20 - 30 cm. A thin film is absolutely sufficient.

Note on instrument care

If so-called combination preparations are used in the practice, which disinfect and clean at the same time, thorough subsequent cleaning is necessary. This post-cleaning is carried out with a hand washing brush so that disinfectant and cleaning agent residues are washed away from locks and grooves. Afterwards, the instruments must be dried, preferably with a linen cloth, and then placed on the tray. It is advisable to first place a layer of filter paper on the tray and then place the instruments in a single layer so that the steam can be optimally removed after sterilisation and no staining occurs during condensation. It is even better to prepare disinfectant and cleaning solution separately, rinse the instruments thoroughly after cleaning and then place them in the disinfectant solution. After cleaning, the instruments should be thoroughly rinsed and dried. Of course, this process always looks different in practice than it does in theory. Solenoid valves clogged with disinfectant and cleaning agents always cause malfunctions in the autoclave and result in increased wear of the instruments. Soak used instruments immediately after use to prevent incrustation.
